摘　　要：目的:探讨迈之灵片联合外敷冰黄散对四肢闭合骨折患者术后肿胀疼痛、血清骨折愈合因子及炎症介质水平的影响。方法:选取我院2022年1月~2023年12月收治的四肢闭合骨折患者96例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(接受常规西医镇痛治疗)、观察组(在对照组的基础上接受迈之灵片联合外敷冰黄散治疗),各48例。对比两组临床疗效、症状评分[肿胀评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分]、血清骨折愈合因子[转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、成纤维细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)、表皮生长因子(EGF)]水平、血清炎症因子[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平,观察两组治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肿胀评分、VAS评分、血清IL-1β、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平降低,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清TGF-β1、FGF-2、EGF水平升高,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:迈之灵片联合外敷冰黄散治疗四肢闭合骨折患者,可有效缓解术后肿胀与疼痛程度,促进骨折部位康复,减轻机体炎症反应,具有良好的治疗安全性。Objective:To investigate the effects of maizhiling tablets combined with external application of binghuang powder on postoperative swelling and pain,serum fracture healing factors and inflammatory mediator l evels in patients with closed limb fractures.Methods:A total of 96 patients with closed fracture of limbs admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(receiving routine western medicine analgesia treatment)and observation group(receiving maizhiling tablets combined with external application of binghuang powder on the basis of control group),with 48cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores[swelling score,visual analog scale(VAS)score],serum fracture healing factor[transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2),epidermal growth factor(EGF)]levels,serum inflammatory factor[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]levels were compared in two groups,and the safety in two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.05).The swelling score,VAS score,the levels of serum IL-1β,TNF-α and hs-CRP in two groups decreased after treatment,and magnitude of change was greater in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TGF-β1,FGF-2 and EGF in two groups increased,and magnitude of change was greater in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Maizhiling tablets combined with external application of binghuang powder in the treatment of patients with closed limb fractures,which can effectively relieve the degree of swelling and pain after operation,promote the rehabilitation of fracture site,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,and have good therapeut
