摘  要:目的:探究不同年龄段、不同腭中缝形态学分期间腭中缝骨密度比率(midpalatal suture density ratio,MPSDr)的差异,以及MPSDr与腭中缝形态学分期之间的相关性。方法:回顾性收集511名在武汉大学人民医院口腔科就诊患者的锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)影像资料,年龄范围6~22岁,分析不同年龄段、不同腭中缝形态学分期(A~E期)间MPSDr的差异,相同年龄段、腭中缝形态学分期下男女之间MPSDr差异,以及MPSDr与腭中缝形态学分期的相关性。结果:各年龄段间MPSDr存在统计学差异(P<0.001),在13~15岁组中男、女之间MPSDr差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。腭中缝形态各期进行两两比较,MPSDr差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且相同腭中缝分期下,性别对MPSDr无影响(P>0.05)。腭中缝分期与MPSDr之间的Spearman相关系数为0.874(P<0.001)。结论:MPSDr在不同年龄段和不同腭中缝分期中均表现出明显差异,腭中缝分期相同时,性别对MPSDr无影响;且MPSDr与腭中缝生长发育状态存在强相关性,MPSDr可以作为腭中缝骨化闭合程度的定量评估指标。Objective:To investigate the differences in the midpalatal suture density ratio(MPSDr)across different age groups and midpalatal suture(MPS)morphological stages,as well as the correlation between MPSDr and MPS morphological stages.Methods:Retrospective cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)images of 511 patients(ages 6~22 years)who visited the Department of Stomatology at Wuhan University People's Hospital were collected.The differences in MPSDr across age groups and MPS morphological stages(A~E stage),gender differences in MPSDr within the same age group and MPS stage,and the correlation between MPSDr and MPS morphological stages were analyzed.Results:Statistically significant differences in MPSDr were observed across age groups(P<0.001).In the 13~15 year age group,significant gender differences in MPSDr were noted(P<0.001).The MPSDr during each MPS stages all showed significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Additionally,gender had no effect on MPSDr within the same MPS stage(P>0.05).The Spearman correlation coefficient between MPS stages and MPSDr was 0.874(P<0.001).Conclusion:MPSDr exhibits significant differences across different age groups and MPS stages.Gender has no impact on MPSDr when the MPS stage is the same.Moreover,MPSDr shows a strong correlation with the growth and development of the MPS,and it can serve as a quantitative assessment indicator for the degree of ossification closure in MPS.
