摘  要:在现代肉牛养殖中,新进牛的应激管理对于后期育肥至关重要。其中,运输应激是新进牛遭受的最主要的应激源,可导致瘤胃菌群的紊乱,进而降低饲料转化效率,最终导致新进牛生长迟缓、产肉性能下降、甚至死亡,给肉牛产业带来严重的经济损失。本文从新进牛的生长性能、免疫功能和瘤胃稳态3个方面出发,探讨运输应激对新进牛的影响。在此基础上,提出有效的营养调控措施,旨在有效缓解新进牛的应激反应,促进其健康生长,为规模化养殖条件下新进牛的健康管理提供理论依据和实践指导。In modern beef cattle farming,the stress management of newly received cattle is very important for late fattening.They face multiple stressors during transition,with transportation stress being particularly detrimental.This stress can upset the rumen microbiota of newly received cattle,reduce the feed conversion efficiency,and eventually lead to the growth retardation,the decline of meat production performance,and even death,which brings serious economic losses to the beef cattle industry.This paper discusses the impact of transportation stress on newly received cattle from three aspects as growth performance,immune function and rumen homeostasis.On this basis,some effective nutritional regulation measures are proposed to effectively relieve the stress response of newly received cattle and promote their healthy growth,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the health management of newly received cattle under large-scale farming conditions.
