摘 要:本试验旨在从单一纤维组分的层面出发,利用间接测热法和多元加权-嵌套回归模型,测定纤维素、葡甘露聚糖、木聚糖、β-葡聚糖和果胶的净能值,并探究其对生长猪营养物质表观全肠道消化率、能量利用效率和净能分配规律的影响。选取36头初始体重为(27.9±0.7)kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交健康去势公猪,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,5个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加10%纤维素、10%葡甘露聚糖、10%木聚糖、10%β-葡聚糖和10%果胶。试验期84 d,分6期进行,每期14 d,包括7 d预试期、1 d小室适应期、5 d饲喂测热期和1 d绝食测热期。结果表明:1)与纤维素饲粮组相比,葡甘露聚糖和果胶饲粮组生长猪干物质采食量显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加不同纤维组分显著降低生长猪总能、有机物和粗蛋白质表观全肠道消化率以及饲粮消化能、代谢能和净能值(P<0.05);饲粮中添加木聚糖显著降低中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观全肠道消化率(P<0.05);饲粮中添加葡甘露聚糖和木聚糖显著提高总产热量和绝食产热量(P<0.05),显著降低总沉积能量和脂肪沉积净能(P<0.05);饲粮中添加葡甘露聚糖、β-葡聚糖和果胶显著降低代谢能摄入量和蛋白质沉积净能(P<0.05)。3)各纤维组分代谢能转化为蛋白质沉积净能的效率均为负值;纤维素代谢能转化为非蛋白质沉积净能的效率较低,葡甘露聚糖和木聚糖的效率较高。基于套算法和间接测热法计算得出,纤维素、葡甘露聚糖、木聚糖、β-葡聚糖和果胶在生长猪上的净能值分别为5.90、2.15、3.27、7.32和5.36 MJ/kg DM。综上所述,在10%的添加比例下,各单一纤维组分对生长猪营养物质表观全肠道消化率和饲粮有效能值均有负面影响;作为可溶性纤维的葡甘露聚糖和木聚糖在产热能力和代谢能转化为非This experiment was conducted to determine the net energy values of cellulose,glucomannan,xylan,β-glucan and pectin from the perspective of single fiber component by indirect calorimetry and multivariate weighted-nested regression model,and to explore their effects on nutrient apparent total tract digestibility,energy utilization efficiency and net energy partition pattern of growing pigs.Thirty-six“Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire”three-cross healthy castrated boars with an initial body weight of(27.9±0.7)kg were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate.Pigs in the control group were fed a corn-soybean meal type basal diet,and those in the five experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10% cellulose,10% glucomannan,10% xylan,10% β-glucan and 10%pectin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 84 days and was divided into 6 periods with 14 days each,including 7 days of pre-test period,1 day of chamber adaptation period,5 days of feeding calorimetric period and 1 day of fasting calorimetric period.The results showed as follows:1)compared with cellulose diet group,the dry matter intake of growing pigs in glucomannan and pectin diet groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,different dietary fiber components significantly decreased the apparent total tract digestibilities of gross energy,organic matter and crude protein as well as dietary digestible energy,metabolizable energy and net energy values of growing pigs(P<0.05);dietary xylan significantly decreased the apparent total tract digestibilities of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(P<0.05);dietary glucomannan and xylan significantly increased the total heat production and fasting heat production(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the total retain energy and net energy as lipid deposition(P<0.05);and dietary glucomannan,β-glucan and pectin significantly decreased the metabolizable energy intake and net energy as protein deposition(P<0.05).3)The efficien
