摘 要:本试验旨在研究包被丁酸钠对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、血清生化指标及盲肠菌群结构的影响。试验选取1日龄罗斯308商品肉鸡216只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,丁酸钠组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg包被丁酸钠的试验饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500 mg/kg包被丁酸钠显著降低了22~42日龄和1~42日龄肉鸡的料重比(P<0.05),显著提高了22~42日龄和1~42日龄肉鸡的平均日增重以及1~42日龄的欧洲效益指数(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500 mg/kg包被丁酸钠显著降低了42日龄肉鸡胸肌肉的滴水损失和剪切力(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500 mg/kg包被丁酸钠显著提高了42日龄肉鸡血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇和总蛋白含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500 mg/kg包被丁酸钠显著提高了42日龄肉鸡盲肠微生物α多样性的Chao1、Shannon和Pielou_e指数(P<0.05),显著提高了42日龄肉鸡盲肠中副拟杆菌属(Parabacteroides)相对丰度(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加包被丁酸钠可提高肉鸡生长性能和肉品质,提高血脂含量,促进蛋白质合成,增加盲肠中副拟杆菌属相对丰度。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of coated sodium butyrate on growth performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indices and cecal microbial structure of broilers.A total of 216 one-day-old Ross 308 commercial broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 18 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the sodium butyrate group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary 500 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate significantly decreased the feed to gain ratio of broilers during 22 to 42 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age(P<0.05),and increased the average daily gain during 22 to 42 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age and European profit index during 1 to 42 days of age(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 500 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate significantly decreased the drip loss and shear force in breast muscle of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary 500 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate significantly increased the contents of triglyceride,total cholesterol and total protein in serum of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary 500 mg/kg coated sodium butyrate significantly increased the Chao1 index,Shannon index and Pielou_e index of cecal microbiota α diversity of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05),and significantly increased the relative abundance of Parabacteroides in cecum of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of coated sodium butyrate in diet can improve the growth performance and meat quality,increase the blood lipid content,promote the protein anabolism,and increase the relative abundance of Parabacteroides in cecum of broilers.
