摘  要:本试验旨在研究尾菜-玉米芯型发酵全混合日粮(FTMR)对肉牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取4月龄左右、体重[(125.45±20.68)kg]相近的新疆褐牛公牛12头,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头。对照组饲喂尾菜-玉米芯型未发酵全混合日粮(TMR),试验组饲喂尾菜-玉米芯型发酵全混合日粮。预试期7 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:1)试验组和对照组之间平均日增重、干物质采食量、料重比和体尺指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)试验组的干物质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。3)试验组的血清总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。4)试验组的血清丙二醛含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。5)试验组的血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲喂尾菜-玉米芯型发酵全混合日粮能够维持肉牛的生长性能,提高肉牛对干物质和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率,改善肉牛的抗氧化能力和免疫功能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of tail vegetable-corncob type fermented total mixed ration(FTMR)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune indexes of beef cattle.Twelve healthy about 4-month-old Xinjiang brown cattle bulls with similar body weight[(125.45±20.68)kg]were selected,and randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 1 cattle in each replicate.The control group was fed a tail vegetable-corncob type unfermented total mixed ration(TMR),and the experimental group was fed a tail vegetable-corncob type fermented total mixed ration.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in average daily gain,dry matter intake,feed to gain ratio and body size indexes between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).2)The dry matter apparent digestibility of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the acid detergent fiber was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).3)The serum total protein content of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)The serum malondialdehyde content of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the serum superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).5)The serum immunoglobulin A content of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,feeding the tail vegetable-corncob type fermented total mixed ration can maintain the growth performance of beef cattle,increase the apparent digestibility of dry matter and acid detergent fiber of beef cattle,and improve the antioxida
