摘 要:本试验旨在研究妊娠中后期饲粮添加乳酸钙对母羊生产性能、血清生化指标及其所产羔羊生长发育的影响。选取体重相近的妊娠60 d且怀有3只羔羊的健康湖羊24只,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只。试验从妊娠第60天开始,持续到产后第60天。在妊娠第91~120天,对照组饲喂常规不含乳酸钙的基础饲粮,试验组饲喂添加0.44%乳酸钙的试验饲粮,其他时间2组均饲喂常规饲粮。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加乳酸钙极显著增加了母羊妊娠第91~150天平均日增重(P<0.01),极显著降低了母羊产后平均失重(P<0.01),显著增加了母羊妊娠第91~120天干物质采食量和产后第20天产奶量(P<0.05)。2)试验组母羊妊娠第120天血清钙离子含量显著高于妊娠第90天(P<0.05),并显著高于对照组妊娠第120天(P<0.05);试验组母羊妊娠第120天血清甲状旁腺激素含量显著低于妊娠第90天(P<0.05),并极显著低于对照组妊娠第120天(P<0.01);试验组母羊妊娠第120天血清降钙素含量显著高于妊娠第90天(P<0.05),并极显著高于对照组妊娠第120天(P<0.01)。3)对照组母羊妊娠第120天和产后第20天血清β-羟丁酸含量均极显著高于妊娠第90天(P<0.01),并显著高于同期的试验组(P<0.05);试验组母羊妊娠第120天血清尿素氮和葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)试验组羔羊体重、平均日增重、体尺指标以及血清生化指标均优于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,妊娠中后期饲粮添加0.44%的乳酸钙提高了母羊的平均日增重、干物质采食量和产奶量,降低了母羊产后平均失重,增加了母羊血清钙离子、降钙素、尿素氮和葡萄糖含量,降低了母羊血清甲状旁腺激素和β-羟丁酸含量,继而对母羊产后恢复及其所产羔羊的生长发育产生了积极影响。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of adding calcium lactate to the diet during middle and late pregnancy stages of on the performance,serum biochemical indicators of ewes,and the growth and development of their offspring lambs.Twenty-four healthy Hu sheep at 60 days of pregnancy with 3 lambs and similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 3 ewes in each replicate.The trial began on the 60th day of pregnancy and continued until the 60th day postpartum.On the 91st to 120th day of pregnancy,the control group was fed with a conventional basal diet without calcium lactate,while the test group was fed a diet supplemented with 0.44% calcium lactate;on the other time,the two groups were both fed the conventional diet.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,adding calcium lactate to the diet extremely significantly increased the average daily gain of ewes on days 91 to 150 of pregnancy(P<0.01),extremely significantly reduced the average postpartum weight loss of ewes(P<0.01),and significantly increased the dry matter intake of ewes on days 91 to 120 of pregnancy and milk production on day 20 of postpartum(P<0.05).2)Serum calcium ion content of ewes in the test group on the 120th day of pregnancy was significantly higher than that on the 90th day of pregnancy(P<0.05),and significantly higher than that in the control group on the 120th day of pregnancy(P<0.05);serum parathyroid hormone content of ewes in the test group on the 120th day of pregnancy was significantly lower than that on the 90th day of pregnancy(P<0.05),and extremely significantly lower than that in the control group on the 120th day of pregnancy(P<0.01);serum calcitonin content of ewes in the test group on the 120th day of pregnancy was significantly higher than that on the 90th day of pregnancy(P<0.05),and extremely significantly higher than that in the control group on the 120th day of pregnancy(P<0.01).3)Serum β-hydroxybutyrate content of ewes in
