摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲料中添加群体淬灭酶(QQE)对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、肌肉营养成分、血清生化指标和肠道消化酶活性的影响。选取健康、初始体重为(1.26±0.01)g的凡纳滨对虾640尾,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复40尾虾。对照组(CON组)投喂不含QQE的基础饲料,试验组投喂添加不同水平QQE的饲料,即在对照组饲料中分别添加1.0×10^(4)(QQE10组)、3.0×10^(4)(QQE30组)、6.0×10^(4) U/kg(QQE60组)QQE,养殖期为56 d。结果显示:1)各试验组成活率(SR)均显著高于CON组(P<0.05),而摄食率(FR)、饲料系数(FCR)仅QQE10组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);QQE30组蛋白质效率(PER)显著高于QQE10组(P<0.05),其他各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与CON组相比,饲料中添加QQE对肌肉营养成分含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与CON组相比,饲料中添加3.0×10^(4) U/kg的QQE可显著降低血清中胆固醇(CHOL)和甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.05),显著提高血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性(P<0.05)。4)与CON组相比,饲料中添加QQE显著降低了肠道中脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加QQE可提高凡纳滨对虾的SR,促进摄食,调控蛋白质和脂肪代谢。以PER为评价指标,凡纳滨对虾饲料中添加3.25×10^(4) U/kg的QQE较为适宜;以血清中AKP活性为评价指标,凡纳滨对虾饲料中添加2.93×10^(4) U/kg的QQE较为适宜。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of diets supplemented with quorum quenching enzyme(QQE)on the growth performance,muscle nutritional composition,serum biochemical indicators and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of Litopenaeus vannamei(L.vannamei).A total of 640 healthy L.vannamei with an initial body weight mass of(1.26±0.01)g were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group and 40 shrimp per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet without QQE,while the experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with different levels of QQE.Specifically,the diets for the experimental groups contained 1.0×10^(4)(QQE10 group),3.0×10^(4)(QQE30 group),and 6.0×10^(4) U/kg(QQE60 group)QQE,respectively.The experimental period was 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)the survival rate(SR)in all experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the feeding rate(FR)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)were only significantly higher in the QQE10 group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The protein efficiency ratio(PER)in the QQE30 group was significantly higher than that in the QQE10 group(P<0.05),with no significant differences were observed among the other groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of QQE had no significant effect on muscle nutrient contents(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the supplementation of 3.0×10^(4) U/kg QQE to the diet significantly reduced the contents of serum cholesterol(CHOL)and triglycerides(TG)(P<0.05),and significantly increased the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of QQE significantly decreased the intestinal lipase activity(P<0.05).In summary,dietary supplementation of QQE can enhance the SR,stimulate feeding,and regulate protein and fat metabolism of L.vannamei.Using PER as an evaluation index,it is more appropriate to add 3.25×10^(4) U/kg QQE in the diet of L.vannamei,
