摘 要:本试验旨在研究林麝饲粮中添加过瘤胃脂肪对林麝体重、血液指标和产香性能的影响。选取63头体况良好的2~10岁雄性林麝[体重:(8.0±0.5)kg],随机分为7个组,每组9个重复,每个重复1头林麝。对照组(A组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加4(B1组,短期)、4(B2组,长期)、8(C1组,短期)、8(C2组,长期)、12(D1组,短期)、12 g/d(D2组,长期)过瘤胃脂肪的试验饲粮。短期组(B1、C1、D1组)试验期121 d,对照组和长期组(B2、C2、D2组)试验期195 d,包含15 d的预试期。结果显示:1)试验结束时,各试验组林麝体重较对照组均有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)C2组林麝麝香干重较对照组以及B1、B2和D2组显著提高(P<0.05),但饲粮中添加过瘤胃脂肪对麝香鲜重、水分和麝香酮含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。3)各组血清胰岛素、睾酮、总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、葡萄糖、尿素含量无显著差异(P>0.05),B2、C1、D1、D2组血清非酯化脂肪酸含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中长期添加8 g/d过瘤胃脂肪能提高林麝的体重和麝香产量。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diet supplemented with rumen protected fat on body weight,blood indexes and musk production performance of forest musk deer.Sixty-three healthy male musk deer[body weight:(8.0±0.5)kg]aged 2 to 10 years old were divided into 7 groups with 9 replicates per group and 1 musk deer per replicate.The control group(group A)was fed the basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 4(group B1,short-term),4(group B2,long-term),8(group C1,short-term),8(group C2,long-term),12(group D1,short-term)and 12 g/d(group D2,long-term)rumen protected fat,respectively.The experiment lasted for 121 days in the short term groups(groups B1,C1 and D1)and 195 days in the control group and long term groups(groups B2,C2 and D2),containing a 15-day pre-trial period.The results showed as follows:1)at the end of the experiment,the body weight of forest musk deer in each experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).2)The dry weight of musk in group C2 was increased significantly with the control group and groups B1,B2 and D2(P<0.05),but there were no significant effects on the fresh weight,the contents of moisture and musk ketone of musk(P>0.05).3)There were no significant differences in the contents of serum insulin,testosterone,total protein,albumin,triglyceride,total cholesterol,glucose and urea among all groups(P>0.05).Serum non-esterified fatty acids(NEFA)content in groups B2,C1,D1 and D2 were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,under the condition of this experiment,diet long-term supplemented with 8 g/d rumen protected fat can increase the body weight and dry musk yield of forest musk deer.
