摘 要:为了提高发电效率,垃圾焚烧锅炉的运行温度不断提高,金属管道受热面温度不断上升,燃烧产物的腐蚀性不断增强,最终导致腐蚀穿孔、爆管等事故的发生。在金属表面添加一层更耐腐蚀的防护涂层,是减缓腐蚀、保证部件正常运行的主要途径。本文首先介绍了垃圾焚烧炉中的腐蚀环境与不同元素的腐蚀机理,随后介绍了腐蚀性能测试方法、涂层制备及耐腐蚀涂层成分设计方法,并分析了实际应用中的耐腐蚀涂层案例,以期对垃圾焚烧炉用高性能涂层的设计和应用提供理论指导。To enhance the efficiency of waste incinerators,the requirements for waste incineration boilers are continually being refined.However,the increasing temperature of the metal pipeline heating surfaces heightens the corrosiveness of combustion products,eventually leading to corrosion perforation and tube explosions.Applying a more corrosion-resistant layer to the metal surface is a key strategy to ensure the normal operation of these metallic components.This paper first elucidatel the corrosion characteristics of different environments and the corrosion mechanisms of various corrosive elements.Subsequently,it summarized corrosion testing methods,coating preparation techniques,and composition design strategies.Several case studies of corrosion-resistant coating applications in the field were also analyzed,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance for the design and application of high-performance coatings for waste incinerators.
