摘  要:铜/钢复合板保留铜优良导电性、导热性的同时,兼具钢高强度、耐腐蚀的特性,在电力行业、核工业、航空航天等领域具有广泛的应用前景。然而,在铜/钢复合板结合过程中通常伴随有钢侧变形抗力大、铜/钢变形不协调、界面结合强度低等问题。鉴于此,通过调整工艺参数、引入中间层和外加能场等方法,可以有效改善基体组织结构,提高铜/钢界面结合性能。本文对铜/钢复合板制备工艺进行了综述,并对其优缺点进行了分析对比。从界面调控的角度出发,分析了不同处理方法对铜/钢复合界面微观形貌、组织结构的影响。最后,对复合板制备工艺和界面调控研究现状进行了总结与展望,为进一步优化其性能提供了参考。Copper/steel clad plate retains the excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity of copper and has the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance of steel.It has a wide application prospect in the power industry,nuclear industry,aerospace and other fields.However,in the process of copper/steel clad plate bonding,there are usually some problems,such as large deformation resistance at the steel side,incongruous deformation of copper/steel,and low interface bonding strength.In view of this,by adjusting process parameters and introducing the intermediate layer and external energy field,the matrix structure can be effectively improved,and the bonding property of the copper/steel interface can be improved.In this paper,the preparation process of copper/steel clad plate was reviewed,and its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and compared.From the perspective of interface control,the effects of different treatment methods on the microstructure and microstructure of the copper/steel composite interface were analyzed.Finally,the research status of the preparation process and interface control of clad plate is summarized and prospected,which provides a reference for further optimizing the performance.
