摘 要:采用热浸镀Al-x Si(x=0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.5%、5.0%、7.5%,(质量分数,下同))合金进行实验,结合相图分析和第一性原理计算,研究热浸镀层中Si元素对固/液铸轧6061/Q345复合板界面组织、相组成和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在热浸镀层中添加Si元素后,铝/钢界面处形成了新的Al-Fe-Si三元相,即Al_(3)FeSi_(2)相、Al_(9)Fe_(2)Si_(2)相和Al_(0.5)Fe_(3)Si_(0.5)相;而脆性相Al_(5)Fe_(2)相和Al_(3)Fe相的含量降低提高了复合板的抗变形能力和韧性。热浸镀纯Al时,复合板的拉伸强度为402.4 MPa,剪切强度为51.3 MPa;而热浸镀Al-1%Si时,复合板的拉伸强度和剪切强度分别达到极值438.5 MPa和120.8 MPa,分别提高8.9%和135.4%。进一步增加热浸镀液中Si含量至7.5%时,复合板的抗拉强度和剪切强度均下降,仅为395.7 MPa和78.6MPa。随着热浸镀液中Si含量的增加,抗拉强度和剪切强度均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。The effects of silicon(Si)content in hot-dip Al-xSi coatings(x=0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.5%,5.0%,7.5%by mass fraction,hereafter the same)on the microstructure,phase composition,and mechanical properties of solid/liquid cast-rolled 6061/Q345 composite sheets were investigated through hot-dip coating experiments,phase diagram analysis,and first-principles calculations.The results indicate that the addition of Si to the hot-dip coating promotes the formation of new ternary Al-Fe-Si phases at the aluminum/steel interface,specifically Al_(3)FeSi_(2),Al_(9)Fe_(2)Si_(2),and Al_(0.5)Fe_(3)Si_(0.5) phases.This leads to a reduction in the content of brittle phases such as Al_(5)Fe_(2) and Al_(3)Fe,thereby enhancing the deformation resistance and toughness of the composite sheet.Compared with pure Al-coated composites,which exhibits tensile and shear strengths of 402.4 MPa and 51.3 MPa,respectively,the introduction of 1%Si in the coating significantly increases these values to 438.5 MPa and 120.8 MPa,representing improvements of 8.9%and 135.4%,respectively.However,further increasing the Si content to 7.5%results in a decline in both tensile strength(to 395.7 MPa)and shear strength(to 78.6 MPa).Overall,the tensile and shear strengths exhibit a trend of initially increasing and then decreasing with the increase of Si content in the hot-dip coating solution.
