摘  要:新时代对工程师培养提出了更高要求,卓越工程师成为国家发展的重要支撑力量。明晰新时代卓越工程师培养的关键转变,梳理新时代卓越工程师校企导师队伍建设的现实困境,以北京航空航天大学国家卓越工程师学院为例分析其在校企导师组建设方面的积极探索与实践,通过构建导师遴选与管理机制、推进校企导师组建设、构建四共四通机制及加强导师组工作模式等措施,明确校企导师工作组的关键作用,提出进一步深化校企导师队伍建设的策略。The new era has placed higher demands on the training of engineers,and outstanding engineers have become important support for national development.This paper clarifies the key changes in the training of outstanding engineers in the new era,and sorts out the practical difficulties in the construction of a team of university-enterprise tutors for outstanding engineers in the new era.Taking the National Superior College of Engineers at Beihang University as an example,this paper analyzes its active exploration and practice in building a team of university-enterprise tutors.Through measures such as establishing a tutor selection and management mechanism,promoting the construction of a team of university-enterprise tutors,and establishing a mechanism of“four collaborations and four synergies”and a working model for the tutor team,the key roles of the team of tutors from universities and enterprises are clarified,and strategies are proposed to further deepen the construction of the team of tutors from universities and enterprises.
