摘 要:校企协同培养工程硕博士是响应国家重大战略需求、结合校企双方优势、推动产学研深度融合的教育创新实践。分析我国传统工程人才培养模式存在的问题,构建“战略引导、贯穿培养、校企对接、资源共享”四维一体的卓越工程师人才培养模式,结合学校实际情况,从校企合作、课程建设、导师遴选、学生培养、平台建设、学位论文六个方面探索校企协同培养工程硕博士的实施路径。The university-enterprise collaboration for cultivating masters and doctors of engineering is an educational innovative practice that responds to the country's major strategic needs, combines the advantages of both universities and enterprises, and promotes the deep integration of industry, academia and research. By analyzing the problems in the traditional engineering talent training models in China, this paper proposes a four-dimensional unity model with strategic guidance, integrated cultivation throughout the process, seamless connection between universities and enterprises, and resource sharing for cultivation of outstanding engineers. Based on the actual situation of University of Science and Technology Beijing, the six aspects, namely university-enterprise cooperation, course construction, mentor selection, student cultivation, platform construction, and dissertation writing are explored to implement the university-enterprise collaboration for cultivating masters and doctors of engineering.
