摘　　要：临床常用的传统长效局麻药作用时长常难以覆盖术后疼痛时长,为提高患者舒适度和减少围手术期因疼痛引起的一系列问题,新型超长效局麻药的研发显得尤为重要。文章介绍以不同释放系统为基础的超长效局麻药的临床及基础研究进展,从镇痛时长、安全性等方面揭示其优缺点,以期对围手术期镇痛策略提供参考。The duration of action of commonly used traditional long⁃acting local anesthetics often fails to cover the duration of postoperative pain.To enhance patient comfort and alleviate a series of issues related to pain during the perioperative period,the devel⁃opment of new ultra⁃long⁃acting local anesthetics is particularly important.This article will introduce the clinical and basic research progress on ultra⁃long⁃acting local anesthetics based on different controlled release systems,revealing their advantages and disadvan⁃tages in terms of analgesic duration and safety,in order to provide reference for future perioperative analgesia strategies.
