布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合氯雷他定对过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合氯雷他定对过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者的疗效。方法:将116例AR患者随机分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=58),对照组采用氯雷他定片治疗,观察组加用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状改善时间、血清炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(93.10%vs 75.86%);鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕及打喷嚏改善时间均短于对照组;IL-4、IL-6、IL-8和VCAM-1水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合氯雷他定治疗AR较单一使用氯雷他定效果更佳,临床应用价值更高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of budesonide nasal spray combined with loratadine in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:One hundred and sixteen patients with AR were randomly divided into a control group(n=58)and an observation group(n=58).The control group was treated with loratadine tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with budesonide nasal spray.The clinical efficacy,time for symptom improvement,serum inflammatory factor and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate(93.10%vs 75.86%)and IFN-γlevel were higher,the time for the improvement of nasal congestion,itchy nose,runny nose and sneezing was shorter,and the levels of IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 and VCAM-1 were lower in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of budesonide nasal spray combined with loratadine for the treatment of AR is more effective than the use of loratadine alone,and has higher clinical value.
