益气复脉方联合常规西药治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜病(气阴两虚证)的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气复脉方治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜病(气阴两虚证)的疗效。方法:将90例风湿性心脏瓣膜病(气阴两虚证)患者随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组联合益气复脉方治疗,均治疗2周。比较2组中医气阴两虚证证候积分、心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)、心排量(CO)]、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平、内酯素水平、临床疗效和治疗安全性。结果:观察组治疗后中医气阴两虚证证候积分、MMP-9和内酯素水平低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF、SV、CO、治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组均未发生不良反应。结论:益气复脉方结合常规西药治疗气阴两虚证风湿性心脏瓣膜病能够有效缓解临床症状,改善心功能。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Fumai formula in the treatment of rheumatic heart valve disease(Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods:Ninety cases of the patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).Both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Fumai formula,and the treatment was lasted for 2 weeks.TCM Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome points,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO)],matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),endostatin levels,clinical efficacy and therapeutic safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome points,MMP-9,and endostatin levels were lower and the LVEF,SV,CO,and total effective rate were higher in the observation group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Yiqi Fumai formula combined with conventional Western medicines for the treatment of rheumatic heart valve disease with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve cardiac function.
