摘　　要：由于目前高质量的临床研究证据有限,中医药在妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期和辅助治疗中的应用尚无系统的诊疗指南。本共识结合文献定性、定量研究和相关专家意见,根据不同治疗时期推荐相应的方案,以期为中医药应用于妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期及在辅助治疗过程中出现的常见并发症及不良反应的规范化治疗提供参考。However,due to the limited evidence of high-quality clinical studies,there is no systematic guideline for TCM treatment in this field.In this consensus,the qualitative and quantitative studies in the literature and the opinions of related experts are used in combination to recommend appropriate protocols according to different treatment periods,with a view to providing a reference for the standardized treatment of TCM in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors for the common complications and adverse reactions occurring during perioperative and adjuvant therapy.
