基于“燥气化火”“燥胜则干”辨治肺纤维化

摘　　要：燥性干涩,易伤津液和肺,肺喜润恶燥,燥与肺的性质特点,易导致肺津液不足。肺叶痿弱是肺纤维化形成的重要原因之一。燥邪过盛,化火煎熬,水液减少,肺叶失养成痿,故燥气化火、燥胜则干是肺纤维化的主要病因病机。临床治疗中,应根据燥邪性质的不同,分别采取调脾胃补母救子,以崇生气;润肺燥通其叶络,益气养阴;温肺脏复通津液,暖上制下;化瘀毒散结消风,养血生血等不同疗法治之。Dryness is the character of Zao,which is easy to injure Fluid and Lung.Lung likes moisture yet dislikes Zao.The characteristic of Zao and the Lung is easy to lead to insufficient lung Fluid and the withered lung lobe,which is one of the important reasons for the formation of pulmonary fibrosis.When the Zao evil factor is too prevalent,the too much Fire would be caused and then Water and Fuild would be reduced and the loss of nourishment in lung lobe would lead to withered long lobe.Therefore,Zao Qi Transforming into Fire as well as Zao Sheng inducing Dryness is the main etiology of pulmonary fibrosis.In clinical treatment,according to the different nature of Zao evil factor,different therapies should be adopted:to regulate the Spleen and Stomach meaning replenishing the mother to save the son and to promote energy,to moisten the dryness of the Lung to nourish the leaves and collaterals and benefit Qi and Yin,to warm the Lung and restore the Fluid and to warm the upper to control the lower part of body;to resolve the stasis and Toxin to disperse knots and eliminate Wind to nourish and regenerate blood.
