摘　　要：“脾肾互赞”理论广义上是指脾肾之间存在相互影响、共济调节的关系;狭义上是指脾肾某个生理功能或病理改变之间的影响。先天性成骨不全的遗传因素与中医先天禀赋不足、肾气虚弱、精气匮乏相通,故可认为本病是由脾肾两虚所致。临床治疗当以补肾填精、补脾益胃、补骨填髓为主要治法。对于先天禀赋不足而起病较早,病程较长,病邪已损及元气,仅以中药调理疗效欠佳者,可以外治为主,中药内服为辅的策略,包括但不限于推拿、针刺、埋线、艾灸、穴位注射等外治法。In broad sense,the theory of"Spleen-Kidney Mutual Aiding Relationship"refers to the existence of mutual influence and co-regulation between the Spleen and Kidney;in narrow sense,it refers to the influence between the Spleen and Kidney on a certain physiological function or pathology.The genetic factor of congenital osteogenesis imperfecta is related to the Chinese medicine of congenital insufficiency of endowment,weakness of Kidney Qi and lack of Essence,so it can be considered that this disease is caused by the deficiency of Spleen and Kidney.Clinical treatment should be based on the main treatment methods of tonifying the Kidney and filling the Essence,tonifying the Spleen and Stomach,and tonifying the bone and filling the marrow.For those with congenital insufficiency of endowment and early onset of the disease,long course of the disease,and the vital energy being damaged,the efficacy of the persral traditional Chinese medicine is unsatisfactory,external treatment can be the main treatment policy,including but not limited to Tuina,acupuncture,burying thread,moxibustion,and acupoint injections.
