摘　　要：偏头痛根据临床表现可分为发作期和缓解期,营卫失调为两期偏头痛的共同病机。偏头痛发作期营卫失调,内生痰瘀,阻滞经络,不通则痛,此期降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素水平急剧失衡,头部血管舒缩功能失调,头痛急发;偏头痛缓解期营卫失调,痰瘀之邪潜伏,混居络脉,遇邪诱发,此期降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素水平虽有升高,但其失衡之态蕴含欲发病之趋势,头痛徐发。调和营卫法具有调和营卫、益气活血的功效,营卫和则经脉通顺,保证了“营、卫、气、血”的运行通畅以及功能协调,对治疗偏头痛发作期和缓解期有较好的疗效。Migraine can be categorized into attack and remission phases according to clinical manifestations,and Ying-Wei imbalance is the common pathogenesis of migraine in both phases.In the attack period of migraine headache,Ying and Wei are out of balance,Phlegm and blood stasis are generated internally,blocking the meridians and collaterals and cause pain.In this period,there is a sharp imbalance between the levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide and endothelin,and the vasodilatation and contraction of blood vessels of the head dysfunction,resulting in a rapid onset of migraine;In the remission period of migraine headache,Ying and Wei are out of balance,and Phlegm and blood stasis are latent and mixed with each other in collaterals and migraine is triggered by the evil factors.Although the levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide and endothelin are elevated in this period,the imbalance implies a tendency towards pathogenesis.The headache develops slowly.The harmonizing Ying and Wei method has the efficacy of harmonizing Ying and Wei,benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation.When Ying and Wei are harmonized,the Qi and blood circulation in meridians would be smooth,which ensures that the operation of Ying,Wei,Qi and blood is smooth and the functions of them can be coordinated.In this case,the treatment of migraine headache in the period of onset and remission can achieve better therapeutic effect.
