摘　　要：王耀献教授基于“玄府理论”认为肾元亏虚、风客玄府是慢性肾脏病的核心病机,风邪易夹杂他邪,日久导致气血凝滞,痰瘀胶着,深入肾络。临证从“风邪”论治,以疏风升提,祛风除湿,通络开玄为主要治法,主张运用风药,以其轻扬开泄,发散透达的特性开启玄府郁闭,并喜用藤类药深入肾络,搜剔祛风,同时配合健脾补肾固本、祛风除湿开玄之品,以达扶正祛邪,开通玄府的目的。Based on the"Xuanfu theory",Prof.Wang Yaoxian believes that the deficiency of Kidney Yuan and the Wind stagnating in Xuanfu are the core pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease.Wind evil factor is easy to be mixed with other evil factors,and all of them leads to stagnation of Qi and blood,stagnation of Phlegm and blood stasis.Over a long period of time,all of them penetrate deep into the Kidney collaterals.In clinical practice,treatment can be carried out from perspective of the"Wind":relieving the Wind,expelling the Wind and removing Dampness as well as dredging collateral and opening Xuanfu.The use of Wind medicine,which functions in driving Wind out,is advocated to achieve the purpose of opening Xuanfu.At the same time,with the combination of vines drugs and drugs functions in strengthening the Spleen,tonifying the Kidney,consolidating the root,expelling the wind as well as removing Dampness and Wind,should be used to cure the disease.
