摘　　要：特发性膜性肾病的病机特点是本虚标实,以脾肾亏虚为病机之本,以湿热内蕴为病机之要,瘀血内阻贯穿发病始终,水、湿、热、瘀等病理因素加重疾病进展,又致病情缠绵难愈。张琳琪教授通过多年临证经验,形成了一套独具特色的特发性膜性肾病诊疗经验,强调标本兼治,在健脾益肾以扶正固本的基础上,注重清热利湿与活血化瘀相结合,同时注意顾护阴液。The pathogenesis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy is characterized by deficiency in root and excess in symptoms,namely,deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney,internal Dampness and Heat,and internal obstruction of blood stasis throughout the course of the disease.In turn,the pathologic factors such as Water,Dampness,Heat,and blood stasis aggravate the progression of the disease and make it difficult to be cured.Through years of clinical experience,Professor Zhang Linqi has developed a unique diagnosis and treatment experience for idiopathic membranous nephropathy,emphasizing in dealing with both the symptoms and the root cause.Based on strengthening the Spleen and the Kidney to support the root strength of Zheng Qi,clearing Heat and removing Dampness as well as activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are used in clinical practice.Besides,maintaining Yin Fluid is paid great attention in treatment.
