摘 要:为了有效防治采空区遗煤自燃,以三元吉祥煤矿153101综采工作面为研究对象,对工作面通风参数与采空区边界条件进行了实测,结合束管监测、封闭耗氧实验和数值模拟,判定采空区遗煤自燃带分布区域,借助CFD软件研究工作面不同工况条件时采空区自燃带的变化规律。结果表明:封闭耗氧实验下煤耗氧临界O2体积分数为16.6%,考虑安全因素取12%;实际风量时数值模拟自燃带宽度为72 m,与实测结果吻合;当风量由600 m^(3)/min增加到1600 m^(3)/min,自燃带宽度由31 m增加到90 m,自燃带上下边界均朝采空区深部移动,运用Origin软件量化得到了“供风量-自燃带宽度”的拟合曲线。根据现场实际提出注氮防灭火技术,模拟得到注氮流量由6 m^(3)/min增加至25 m^(3)/min时,自燃带宽度从52.5 m减少至37 m,得到“注氮量-自燃带宽度”关系曲线,可确定不同自燃带宽度下合理的注氮流量。In order to effectively prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,taking 153101 fully mechanized working face of Sanyuan Jixiang Coal Mine as the research object,the ventilation parameters of working face and the boundary conditions of goaf were measured,and the distribution range of"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in goaf was divided in combination with bundle pipe monitoring,closed oxygen consumption experiment and numerical simulation.The change law of spontaneous combustion zone in goaf under different air supply of working face was studied by CFD software.The results show that the critical oxygen concentration of coal is 16.6%in the closed oxygen consumption experiment,and 12%in consideration of safety factors.The width of spontaneous combustion zone in numerical simulation is 72 m,which is consistent with the measured results.When the air volume increases from 600 m^(3)/min to 1600 m^(3)/min,the width of the spontaneous combustion zone increases from^(3)1 m to 90 m,and the boundary of the spontaneous combustion zone moves to the depth of the goaf.The fitting curve of"air supply volume-width of spontaneous combustion zone"is obtained quantitatively by using Origin software.The nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology is proposed according to the actual situation on site.The simulation shows that when the nitrogen injection flow increases from 6 m^(3)/min to 25 m^(3)/min,the width of the spontaneous combustion zone decreases from 52.5 m to 37 m,and the relationship curve of"nitrogen injection amount-width of the spontaneous combustion zone"is obtained,which can determine the reasonable nitrogen injection flow under different widths of the spontaneous combustion zone.
