摘 要:应力主导的煤与瓦斯突出事故是威胁深部煤矿生产安全的主要因素之一。为解决深部矿井的煤与瓦斯突出问题,针对马堡煤业8号煤层的地质特征,基于深部巷道的围岩分区破裂现象提出了短距底抽巷卸压消突抽采优化工艺。利用底抽巷围岩破碎区对地应力进行释放,同时增加煤层渗透率,优化瓦斯抽采效果。研究结果表明:底抽巷围岩破碎区的最大深度为6.5~7.8 m,其间交替分布4个破裂带和非破裂带,钻孔位移呈现波峰和波谷的间隔分布规律。围岩破裂范围明显大于浅部巷道,底抽巷与煤层垂直距离由20 m缩减为10 m后,可以更有效地释放地层压力,增加煤层渗透率。与20 m间距的传统底抽巷瓦斯抽采纯量衰减情况进行对比分析,10 m间距的短距底抽巷抽采工艺的瓦斯抽采衰减系数更低,实现了瓦斯抽采效果的优化。Coal and gas outburst accidents dominated by stress are one of the main factors threatening the production safety of deep coal mines.In order to solve the problem of coal and gas outburst in deep mine,according to the geological characteristics of No.8 coal seam in Mabu Coal Industry,based on the phenomenon of zone fracture of surrounding rock in deep roadway,the optimization technology of short-distance bottom pumping roadway is put forward.The ground stress is released by the broken zone of the surrounding rock in the bottom pumping roadway,and the permeability of the coal seam is increased to optimize the gas extraction effect.The research results show that the maximum depth of the broken zone of the surrounding rock of the bottom pumping roadway is about 6.5~7.8 m,and there are 4 fracture zones and non-fracture zones alternately,and the displacement of the drilling hole shows the interval distribution of wave peaks and troughs.The rupture range is obviously larger than the shallow roadway,and the vertical distance between the bottom pumping roadway and the coal seam is reduced from 20 m to 10 m,which can release formation pressure more effectively and increase the permeability of the coal seam.Compared with the 20 m interval traditional bottom pumping roadway,the gas extraction attenuation coefficient of the 10 m interval short bottom pumping roadway is lower,which realizes the optimization of gas extraction effect.
