液态CO_(2)在采空区火区治理中的应用研究

摘  要:为了有效治理土火盘煤矿2201采空区因密闭漏风形成的自燃火区,在密闭附近沿密闭所在巷道顶板、侧壁及侧壁与底板交接处施工注浆孔,通过注浆孔压注加固材料进行密闭墙加固堵漏,同时采用在采空区对应地面施工钻孔,通过钻孔向采空区大量灌注液态CO_(2),综合采取连续大量灌注和每天补注的措施。结果表明,采用聚脲酸酯材料对密闭墙加固堵漏后,所有密闭墙外部CO体积分数均降低为0,通过4 d连续灌注液态CO_(2)和15 d补注,连续灌注时灌注量为19.80 t/h,每天补注1车约25 t,2201采空区内的CO体积分数由最高时的4085×10^(-)6降低至5×10^(-6),无C 2H 4和C 2H 2气体,为确保治理效果,继续进行了5 d补注,停注后通过连续30 d取样化验,2201采空区火区达到熄灭标准,成功治理了2201采空区火区。To effectively manage the spontaneous combustion area caused by air leakage in the sealed-off section of the Tuhuopan Coal Mine's 2201 extraction area,grouting holes were constructed along the roof,side walls,and where the side walls meet the floor near the seal.Reinforcement materials were injected through these holes to strengthen and seal the walls.Additionally,boreholes were drilled on the ground corresponding to the goaf area,and a large amount of liquid CO_(2)was poured into the goaf through these boreholes.A comprehensive approach was taken,involving continuous large-scale pouring and daily replenishment.The results showed that after reinforcing and sealing the walls with polyurethane materials,the CO concentration outside all sealed walls dropped to 0.After 4 days of continuous liquid CO_(2)pouring and 15 days of replenishment,with an hourly pour rate of 19.80 t during continuous pouring and approximately 25 t per truck per day during replenishment,the CO concentration inside the 2201 goaf decreased from a peak of 4085×10^(-6)to 5×10^(-6).No C 2H 4 or C 2H 2 gases were detected.To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment,replenishment continued for five more days.After stopping the pouring,continuous sampling and testing over thirty days showed that the fire area in the 2201 goaf met the extinguishing standards,successfully managing the fire area in the 2201 goaf.
