摘 要:为解决深部高应力破碎软岩巷道的支护难题,以贵州某矿为研究对象,通过现场调研监测,分析了巷道围岩的应力状态和变形破坏原因,研究了巷道围岩控制的主要难点。通过数值试验,分析不同侧压力系数下圆形和方形钢管混凝土支架的承载性能。试验表明,相同侧压力系数下,圆形钢管混凝土支架的最大应力、最大变形量均小于方形支架。工程实践表明,基于圆形钢管混凝土支架的支护方案,两帮及顶板变形量分别下降了82.35%、73.12%,有效控制了巷道围岩变形。本工作对类似工程具有一定指导意义。To solve the support problem of deep high stress broken soft rock roadway,taking a mine in Guizhou as the research object,through field investigation and monitoring,the stress state and deformation failure reasons of roadway surrounding rock are analyzed,and the main control difficulties of roadway surrounding rock are revealed.Through numerical experiments,the bearing capacity of circular and square concrete-filled steel tubular supports under different lateral pressure coefficients is analyzed.The test shows that the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the circular concrete-filled steel tube support are smaller than those of the square support under the same lateral pressure coefficient.The engineering practice shows that the deformation of the two sides and the roof is reduced by 82.35%and 73.12%respectively based on the support scheme of the circular concrete-filled steel tube support,which effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.This work has certain guiding significance for similar projects.
