南阳坡矿8702工作面开采顶板变形和来压规律分析

摘  要:为了分析南阳坡矿8702工作面顶板变形破坏和来压规律,通过在8702工作面实施顶板破断规律观测,确定8号煤层开采时顶板破断超前工作面主要集中在15~20 m范围内,在工作面后方5~7 m,煤层上方15 m和20 m层位的顶板有大范围运动;8702工作面开采过程中的来压期间,两端约30 m范围内压力相对较小,变化不太明显,工作面中部压力明显增加,平均阻力最大达到11113 kN,达到支架额定工作阻力的92.6%,但均未超出工作面液压支架的额定工作阻力,证明液压支架选型合理,能够保证工作面的安全生产,为矿井8号煤层开采液压支架选型和顶板压力控制指明了方向。In order to analyze the roof deformation failure and weighting law of 8702 working face in Nanyangpo Coal Mine,through the observation of roof breaking law in 8702 working face,it is determined that the roof breaking advanced working face is mainly concentrated in the range of 15~20 m in No.8 coal seam mining,5~7 m behind the working face,and the roof of 15~20 m layers above the coal seam has a large range of movement.During the mining process of 8702 working face,the pressure in the range of about 30 m at both ends is relatively small,and the change is not obvious.The pressure in the middle of the working face increases significantly.The maximum average resistance reaches 11113 kN,reaching 92.6%of the rated working resistance of the support,but it does not exceed the rated working resistance of the hydraulic support of the working face.It is proved that the selection of hydraulic support is reasonable and can ensure the safe production of the working face,which points out the direction for the selection of hydraulic support and roof pressure control in No.8 coal seam mining.
