摘　　要：推动科技创新与产业创新融合发展,是引领新技术革命和产业变革的时代需要、应对日趋激烈的大国竞争的战略需要、重塑产业链供应链韧性与安全的实践需要。科技成果供给与市场实际需求尚不匹配,中试平台制度保障和配套服务亟待完善,科技领军企业创新主体作用尚未充分发挥,科技前沿攻关与市场规模化推广之间缺乏协同,是制约我国当前科技创新与产业创新深度融合的主要堵点。因此,必须聚焦现代化产业体系建设的重点领域和薄弱环节,发挥新型举国体制优势,完善中试服务支撑体系,优化深度融合制度设计,健全开放协同创新机制,以高水平科技自立自强支撑科技创新与产业创新的融合发展。Promoting the integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation is a contemporary need for leading new technological revolutions and industrial transformations,a strategic need for addressing increasingly fierce global competition among major powers,and a practical need for reshaping the resilience and security of industrial and supply chains.The mismatch between the supply of scientific and technological achievements and actual market demands,the urgent need for improvements in the institutional safeguards and supporting services of pilot testing platforms,the insufficient role of technology in leading enterprises as innovation entities,and the lack of coordination between cutting-edge technological research and large-scale market adoption are the main bottlenecks that constrain the current deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation.Therefore,it is necessary for supporting the high-quality industrial development of industries through high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening to focus on the key areas and weak links of the construction of a modernized industrial system,to give full play to the advantages of a new nationwide system,to improve the service support system for pilot testing,to optimize the institutional design of deep integration,and to perfect the mechanism for innovation with openness and collaboration.
