京津冀家庭共同富裕的现实与挑战

摘　　要：中国式现代化的本质要求之一是实现全体人民共同富裕。基于国家统计局数据和中国家庭金融调查数据发现,京津冀地区在家庭财富、收入和消费等方面存在差距。在家庭财富差距方面,北京市的财富差距小于河北省和天津市;在家庭收入差距方面,河北省的家庭收入差距大于北京市和天津市家庭;在家庭消费差距方面,天津市家庭消费差距最小,河北省家庭消费差距最大。在京津冀地区中,天津市财务脆弱家庭占比最低,河北省最高。自京津冀协同发展战略实施以来,京津冀家庭贫困脆弱性问题基本解决,破产风险显著降低。基于以上分析结果,从发展普惠金融、完善社会保障体系、增加低收入人群转移支付和发展数字经济等方面提出建议,以逐步缩小京津冀地区的家庭经济差距,推动共同富裕目标的实现。One of the essential requirements of Chinese modernization is to achieve common prosperity for all people.On the basis of data from the National Bureau of Statistics and the China Household Finance Survey,it has been found that there are gaps in household wealth,income,and consumption across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In terms of household wealth gap,the gap in Beijing is lower than that in Hebei and Tianjin;In terms of household income gap,the gap in Hebei is higher than that in Beijing and Tianjin;In terms of household consumption gap,the lowest level of household consumption gap exists in Tianjin,while the highest in Hebei.In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Tianjin has the smallest proportion of financially vulnerable households,while Hebei has the largest.Since the implementation of the strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,the problem of poverty vulnerability among families in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been basically resolved,and the risk of bankruptcy has significantly decreased.Based on the above analysis results,suggestions are proposed from the aspects of developing inclusive finance,improving the social security system,increasing transfer payments for low-income groups,and developing digital economy,in order to gradually narrow household economic gaps in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and to promote the realization of the goal of common prosperity.
