摘　　要：目的:研究在全膝关节置换术(TKA)中,开展快速康复外科(ERAS)理念的优势及价值。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年6月揭阳市人民医院收治的80例中老年膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)患者为研究对象,按随机掷硬币法将其分为对照组及观察组,各40例。在TKA中,对照组采用常规管理干预,观察组采用ERAS管理。比较两组的膝关节功能、并发症发生情况、管理满意度及生活质量。结果:术后,观察组膝关节功能评分中各个维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组管理满意度调查问卷、健康调查简表中各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中老年OA患者TKA中应用ERAS理念管理,可改善膝关节功能、提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率,该管理方式具有较高的管理满意度。Objective:To study the advantages and value of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:A total of 80 middle-aged and elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(OA)admitted to Jieyang People’s Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random coin toss method,with 40 cases in each group.In TKA,the control group was treated with routine management intervention,while the observation group was treated with the concept of ERAS.Knee function,the occurrence of complications,management satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,the scores of all dimensions and total scores of Rasmussen in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of management satisfaction questionnaire and health survey summary table in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ERAS concept in TKA management of middle-aged and elderly OA patients can improve knee joint function,improve quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications,and this managent mode has a high management satisfaction.
