摘  要:目的:探讨快速微生物检验技术在重度创伤患者救治中的时效性与准确性,并分析其对临床决策的影响。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年6月菏泽市中医医院收治的64例重度创伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各32例。研究组应用快速微生物检验技术,对照组应用传统微生物检验技术。比较两组检验时间、检验准确性以及临床决策效果。结果:研究组平均检验时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组检验准确性为93.75%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗方案调整率、临床结局优良率分别为90.63%、87.50%,均高于对照组的62.50%、75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的真阳性率、真阴性率、分别为93.33%、100.00%,均高于对照组的81.25%、87.50%,研究组的假阳性率、假阴性率分别为10.00%、6.67%,均低于对照组的12.50%、18.75%。结论:快速微生物检验技术在创伤救治中展现出显著的优势,能够缩短检验时间,提高检验准确性,优化临床决策。Objective:To investigate the timeliness and accuracy of rapid microbiological examination technology in the treatment of severe trauma patients,and to analyze its influence on clinical decision-making.Methods:A total of 64 patients with severe trauma treated in Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The study group used rapid microbiological examination technology,and the control group used traditional microbiological test technology.The test time,test accuracy and clinical decision effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The average test time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test accuracy of the study group was 93.75%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of treatment plan adjustment and the rate of clinical outcome were 90.63%and 87.50%,respectively,which were higher than 62.50%and 75.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The average length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The true positive rate and true negative rate of the study group were 93.33%and 100.00%,respectively,higher than 81.25%and 87.50%of the control group.The false positive rate and false negative rate of the study group were 10.00%and 6.67%,respectively,which were lower than 12.50%and 18.75%of the control group.Conclusion:Rapid microbiological examination technology shows significant advantages in trauma treatment,shortening the testing time,improving testing accuracy,and optimizing clinical decision-making.
