摘　　要：目的:探讨手术器械三套车设计后在洁净手术室手术配合中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年11月~2021年10月本院完成手术的100例人工关节置换手术患者为研究对象将其随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组使用普通器械车,观察组使用三套车。对比两组每项护理质量以及两组医护满意度。结果:观察组护理质量各指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医护满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术器械三套车能够解决术前物品准备需求的辅助工具、弯腰操作问题,解决术中无菌器械及敷料的有效洁净问题,减少手术创伤感染机会,解决手术间拥挤及放置受限问题,弥补手术间空间缺憾现状,确保术间空气自净效果,解决不可选择的高度问题,大大提高手术室工作效率。Objective:To explore the application effect of three sets of surgical instruments in the clean operating room.Methods:100 patients with artificial joint replacement surgery who completed surgery in our hospital from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group used ordinary instrument cart,and the observation group used three sets of cars.The quality of each item of nursing care and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The indexes of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical care in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three sets of surgical instruments can solve the problems of auxiliary tools and bending operation required for preoperative item preparation,solve the problem of effective cleaning of sterile instruments and dressers during surgery,reduce the chance of surgical wound infection,solve the problem of crowded operating room and limited placement,make up for the lack of operating room space,ensure the effect of air self-purification in the operating room,and solve the problem of non-optional height.It can greatly improve the working efficiency of the operating room.
