弥散加权成像联合多普勒超声仪器对子宫肉瘤与子宫肌瘤的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:旨在探讨弥散加权成像(DWI)联合多普勒超声在鉴别诊断子宫肉瘤与子宫肌瘤中的临床价值。方法:选取2016年1月~2024年1月收治的50例子宫肌瘤患者和50例子宫肉瘤患者,所有患者均接受了DWI和多普勒超声检查。通过分析DWI图像中的表观弥散系数(ADC)值和多普勒超声中的血流信号特征,对比两种病变的影像学表现,并与病理结果进行对照。结果:在对子宫肌瘤的诊断中,观察组的准确率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);在对子宫肉瘤的诊断中,观察组的准确率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。并且子宫肉瘤的ADC值显著低于子宫肌瘤(P<0.05),通过综合分析DWI和多普勒超声的结果,鉴别诊断的准确率明显提高。结论:DWI联合多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤和子宫肉瘤的鉴别诊断有一定的临床意义,可为临床诊断提供可靠的影像学证据。Objective:To explore the clinical value of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)combined with Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma and uterine fibroids.Methods:50 patients with uterine fibroids and 50 patients with uterine sarcomas admitted between January 2016 and January 2024 were selected.All patients underwent diffusion-weighted imaging and Doppler ultrasound examination.By analyzing the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values in DWI images and the blood flow signal characteristics in Doppler ultrasound,the imaging manifestations of the two lesions were compared and compared with the pathological results.Results:The results showed that the accuracy of the observation group in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids was 98.00%,significantly higher than the control group’s 84.00%(P<0.05);In the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma,the accuracy of the observation group was 96.00%,significantly higher than the control group’s 80.00%(P<0.05).Moreover,the ADC value of uterine sarcoma was significantly lower than that of uterine fibroids(P<0.05).By comprehensively analyzing the results of DWI and Doppler ultrasound,the accuracy of differential diagnosis was significantly improved.Conclusion:Diffusion weighted imaging combined with Doppler ultrasound has certain clinical significance in the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and uterine sarcomas,and can provide reliable imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis.
