摘 要:目的:研究3.0T超导磁共振成像技术对老年膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断效果。方法:选择2022年1月~2023年1月兴义市人民医院收治的100例老年膝关节退行性骨关节病患者,将关节镜手术诊断作为诊断金标准,分别应用X射线以及3.0T超导磁共振成像技术进行检查,比较两种诊断技术的诊断准确率;比较3.0T超导磁共振成像技术和关节镜技术对关节软骨损伤的分级;分析膝关节退行性病变的影像学表现。结果:3.0T超导磁共振成像技术对于老年膝关节退行性骨关节病的整体诊断准确率高于X射线(P<0.05);3.0T超导磁共振成像技术对于患者的关节软骨损伤分级的诊断结果和关节镜技术比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:老年膝关节退行性骨关节病患者通过3.0T超导磁共振成像技术进行诊断,可得到相对准确的诊断结果,应用价值高。Objective:To study the diagnostic effect of 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging technology on degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee joint in the elderly.Methods:100 elderly patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis admitted to Xingyi People’s Hospital between January 2022 and January 2023 were selected.Arthroscopic surgical diagnosis was used as the diagnostic gold standard,and X-ray and 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging techniques were used for examination.The diagnostic accuracy of the two diagnostic techniques was compared;Compare the grading of articular cartilage injury using 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging technology and arthroscopy technology;Analyze the imaging manifestations of degenerative knee joint lesions.Results:The overall diagnostic accuracy of 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging technology for degenerative knee osteoarthritis in the elderly was higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05);The diagnostic results of 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging technology for the grading of joint cartilage injury in patients were compared with arthroscopic techniques(P>0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis can be diagnosed with relatively accurate results using 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging technology,which has high application value.
