多层螺旋CT在结肠憩室病诊断中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在结肠憩室病诊断中的应用效果。方法:纳入2019年1月~2024年1月福建省立医院北院福建省老年医院收治的80例结肠憩室病患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者,给予对照组常规结肠镜检查,给予观察组多层螺旋CT检查。结果:观察组检出病灶的阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT结果显示,结肠憩室病患者报告显示结肠旁多发病灶,形状以小圆形、类圆形为主,部分伴有肠周脂肪间隙模糊、肠壁增厚等。观察组患者病灶直径为(5.18±1.09)mm,其中囊袋有粪石的有18例,10例为气体,以结节性、环形和C型高密度影为主。观察组对结肠憩室炎、肠脂垂炎、溃疡性结肠炎检出率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT在结肠憩室病诊疗中的应用效果理想,准确度高,影像学表现明显,为临床诊断肠憩室与鉴别诊断、治疗及随访起到重要作用。Objective:To investigate the application effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of colonic diverticulosis.Methods:80 patients with colonic diverticulum disease in Fujian Provincial Hospital,North Hospital,Fujian Provincial Geriatric Hospital from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the computer random grouping method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine colonoscopy examination,while the observation group received multi-slice spiral CT examination.Results:The positive rate of lesions detected in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multi-slice spiral CT showed that patients with colonic diverticulosis reported multiple lesions near the colon,which were mainly small circular and quasi circular in shape,and some were accompanied by blurred periintestinal fat space and thickening the intestinal wall.The diameter of the lesions in the observation group was(5.18±1.09)mm,including 18 cases with fecal stones in the bag and 10 cases with gas,mainly nodular,annular and C-type high-density shadow.The detection rate of diverticulitis,intestinal lipiculitis and ulcerative colitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of colonic diverticulum disease is ideal,with high accuracy and obvious imaging performance,which plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment and follow-up of intestinal diverticulum.
