摘　　要：目的:观察B超定位在中线导管中的应用。方法:回顾性选取2021年10月~2023年10月本院肿瘤科患者100例,依据中长导管定位方法分为B超定位组、体外测量组两组,各50例。统计分析两组1次、2次、3次及以上穿刺成功情况、穿刺时间、静脉渗漏、疼痛反应、并发症发生情况、满意度。结果:B超定位组患者的1次穿刺成功率高于体外测量组,2次、3次及以上穿刺成功率均低于体外测量组(P<0.05)。B超定位组患者的静脉渗漏无比例高于体外测量组,轻度、中度比例均低于体外测量组(P<0.05)。B超定位组患者的疼痛反应0级比例高于体外测量组,1级、2级、3级、4级比例均低于体外测量组(P<0.05)。B超定位组患者的并发症发生情况6.00%(3/50)高于体外测量组20.00%(10/50)(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。B超定位组患者的满意度94.00%(47/50)高于体外测量组74.00%(37/50)(χ^(2)=7.441,P<0.05)。结论:B超定位在中线导管中的效果较体外测量好。Objective:To observe the application of B-ultrasound localization in midline catheters.Methods:A total of 100 patients in the oncology department of our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups based on the positioning method of medium and long catheters:the B-ultrasound positioning group and the in vitro measurement group,with 50 patients in each group.Statistical analysis of the success rate,puncture time,venous leakage,pain response,incidence of complications,and satisfaction of two groups with 1,2,3,and more punctures.Results:The success rate of one puncture in the B-ultrasound localization group was higher than that in the in vitro measurement group,and the success rates of two,three,and more punctures were lower than those in the in vitro measurement group(P<0.05).The proportion of venous leakage in the B-ultrasound localization group was no higher than that in the in vitro measurement group,while the proportion of mild and moderate venous leakage was lower than that in the in vitro measurement group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with grade 0 pain response in the B-ultrasound localization group was higher than that in the in vitro measurement group,and the proportions of grade 1,grade 2,grade 3,and grade 4 were lower than those in the in vitro measurement group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the B-ultrasound localization group was 6.00%(3/50)higher than that in the in vitro measurement group,which was 20.00%(10/50)(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the ultrasound localization group was 94.00%(47/50)higher than that in the in vitro measurement group,which was 74.00%(37/50)(χ^(2)=7.441,P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound localization is more effective in midline catheters than in vitro measurements.
