摘 要:目的:探讨脑卒中患者应用基于镜像疗法的脑机接口技术的临床效果。方法:选取2022年5月~2024年5月本院接诊的84例脑卒中患者,全部患者均伴有上肢功能障碍,按照随机数字分组法分为两组,对照组42例采取常规康复训练,观察组42例则采取镜像疗法的脑机接口技术,持续8周后对比两组临床效果、上肢运动功能(简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分表)评分、生活能力(改良Barthel指数量表)评分、血清生物学指标(基质金属蛋白酶9、脑源性神经营养因子)以及生活质量(世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表)评分。结果:与对照组相较,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗8周后,与对照组比较,观察组上肢运动功能评分、改良Barthel指数量表评分、脑源性神经营养因子水平、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分更高(P<0.05),基质金属蛋白酶9水平更低(P<0.05)。结论:基于镜像疗法的脑机接口技术对改善脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者的肢体和生活能力有一定的意义,并且还能改善其生物学指标,患者生存质量较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of brain-computer interface(BCI)technology based on image therapy in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 84 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024,all of whom were accompanied by upper limb dysfunction,were divided into two groups according to random number grouping method.42 patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training,while 42 patients in the observation group received BCI technique of mirror therapy.After 8 weeks,the clinical effect,upper limb motor function[reduced Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale(FMA)]score,life ability[modified Barthel index scale(MBI)]score,serum biological indicators[matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)]and life were compared between the two groups quality[world health organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)]score.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the upper limb FMA score,MBI score,BDNF level,WHOQOL-100 score were higher in observation group(P<0.05),and the MMP-9 level was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The BCI technique based on mirror therapy has certain significance in improving the limbs and living ability of patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke,and can also improve their biological indicators,and the quality of life of patients is higher.
