摘　　要：目的:使用包皮切割吻合器行包皮环切手术中改进操作方法的研究。方法:选择2018年7月~2023年7月收治的320例包茎和包皮过长患者为观察对象,均使用包皮切割吻合器行包皮切除手术,随机分成观察组160名采用改进法(旋转钟座拉杆与触摸包皮系带法),对照组160名采用常规法,比较两组患者系带偏离角度、保留系带长度的准确率和满意度。结果:两组相比,观察组的系带偏离角度显著减少、系带留取长度准确率显著提高、患者的整体满意度有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:在一次性包皮切割吻合器包皮环切术中采用旋转钟座拉杆与触摸包皮系带法,能有效地降低系带偏差,保证系带长度,提高患者的满意度,具有较好的手术效果。Objective:To study the method of improving the operation in circumcision surgery using a circumcision catheter.Methods:A total of 320 patients with phimosis and foreskin elongation admitted from July 2018 to July 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.All patients underwent circumcision surgery using a foreskin cutting stapler.They were randomly divided into an observation group of 160 patients using an improved method(rotating clock seat pull rod and touching foreskin frenulum method)and a control group of 160 patients using a conventional method.The accuracy and satisfaction of frenulum deviation angle,preservation of frenulum length were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:Compared with the two groups,the observation group significantly reduced the deviation angle of the tie,significantly improved the accuracy of the tie retained length,and the overall satisfaction of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of rotating the bell holder and touching the frenulum of prepuce can effectively reduce the deviation of frenulum,ensure the length of frenulum and improve the satisfaction of patients.
