摘　　要：在当前医疗改革发展的重要阶段,医院医疗设备采购管理绩效评价体系的建立可有效指导医院医疗设备采购工作,提高医院的管理水平,也有利于改善医院采购部门的形象,促进医院的可持续发展。文章探讨了医院医疗设备采购管理绩效评价的内涵,总结了医院医疗设备采购管理绩效评价存在的问题,建立了医院医疗设备采购管理绩效评价体系指标与权重体系,并提出了医院医疗设备采购管理绩效评价可持续发展的对策:建立合理的医疗设备采购管理机构、引进采购管理的竞争与保证机制、重视采购管理绩效评价结果的应用。In the current important stage of medical reform and development,the establishment of performance appraisal system for the purchasing management of diagnosis and treatment equipment in hospitals can effectively guide the purchasing work of diagnosis and treatment equipment in hospitals and it can improve the management level of hospitals is also beneficial for improving the image of the hospital’s purchasing department and promoting sustainable development of the hospital.This article explores the connotation of performance appraisal of diagnosis and treatment equipment purchasing management in hospitals,summarizes the problems in performance appraisal of diagnosis and treatment equipment purchasing management in hospitals,establishes an index and weight system for performance appraisal of diagnosis and treatment equipment purchasing management in hospitals,and proposes sustainable development strategies for performance appraisal of diagnosis and treatment equipment purchasing management in hospitals:establishing reasonable diagnosis and treatment equipment purchasing management organization Introduce competition and assurance mechanisms for purchasing management,and emphasize the application of performance appraisal results in purchasing management.
