摘　　要：随着现代科学技术和临床诊疗水平的不断提升,彩色多普勒超声诊断仪在医疗领域得到了广泛应用和快速发展。超声设备作为临床诊疗中的重要影像工具,因其无创、广泛适用、低成本、操作便捷等优势,在疾病诊断中发挥着关键作用。然而,由于其复杂的结构和高度自动化、集成化的特点,设备在长期使用过程中容易出现故障,因此,建立超声设备的日常维护保养计划,并提高超声设备故障排查和维修能力尤为重要。文章主要从设备基本结构、日常维护要点及实际工作中常见故障三个方面进行探讨分析,提出具体的保养策略和维修排查方法,旨在为彩色多普勒超声诊断仪的管理提供参考。With the continuous advancement of modern science and technology,as well as the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment standards,color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instruments have seen widespread application and rapid development in the medical field.As an important imaging tool in clinical diagnosis,ultrasound equipment plays a crucial role in disease diagnosis due to its non-invasive nature,wide applicability,low cost,and ease of operation.However,due to its complex structure and high degree of automation and integration,the equipment is prone to malfunctions over prolonged use.Therefore,establishing a routine maintenance plan for ultrasound equipment and enhancing the ability to troubleshoot and repair these devices is of paramount importance.This paper primarily explores and analyzes the basic structure of the equipment,key points of daily maintenance,and common malfunctions encountered in practical work.Specific maintenance strategies and troubleshooting methods are proposed,aiming to provide a reference for the management of color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instruments.
