摘　　要：非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染而引起的一种急性传染病。目前,国内外尚未生产出有效的商业化疫苗,致使ASF的防控难度一直较大,定期的流行病学监测和高效的早期诊断技术对ASF防控和净化非常重要。针对ASFV检测靶标的挖掘和研究,可以有效地为ASF诊断技术研发提供参考,为疾病防控贡献力量。本文对当前ASF所使用的诊断靶标进行了综述,以期为ASF的防控工作以及研发高效可行的诊断技术提供参考。African swine fever(ASF)is an acute infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV).At present,there is no effective commercial vaccines at home and abroad,resulting in the difficulty in the prevention and control of ASF.Therefore,early diagnosis and regular epidemiological monitoring are essential for the prevention and control of ASF.The research on the diagnostic targets of ASF can provide a reference for the development of diagnostic technology.This article reviews the currently used diagnostic targets of ASF,aiming to provide a reference for the prevention and control of ASF and the development of efficient and feasible diagnostic technologies.
