摘 要:本论文综合分析当前市场对航空公司促销的关注度与响应度,航空公司根据市场需要和自身业务发展诉求,展开机票促销活动。根据中国民航“十四五”发展规划的主线,推动数字化转型是顺应新时代高质量发展要求、加快民航事业建设的关键内容,我们深入研究了航空公司的促销策略,针对促销活动的问题点,特别是流量控制方面,通过数字化转型相关的信息处理技术,为航空公司节约资源,减少生产问题,真正落实数字化转型。此外,本研究针对促销活动的安全防护、控制效果也有特定的支持方案。该研究将会指导航空公司促销活动顺利展开以及提升航空公司服务质量和客户满意度。This paper comprehensively analyzes the current market's attention and response to airline promotion,and airlines carry out ticket promotion activities according to market demand and their own business development needs.According to the main content of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Civil Aviation of China,promoting digital transformation is the key content to meet the requirements of high-quality development in the new era and accelerate the construction of civil aviation.This paper deeply studies the promotion strategies of airlines,aiming at the problems in promotion activities,especially in network flow control.It applies information processing technologies related to digital transformation,to save resources for airlines,reduce production prblems and truly implement digital transformation.In addition,there are also specific support schemes for cybersecurity and control effect of promotional activities.The research will guide the implementation of airline promotion activities and improve airline service and customer satisfaction.
