摘 要:本文利用天津滨海国际机场2019~2023年的主导能见度数据,结合10 min平均气象光学视程、跑道视程、跑道能见度和天气现象传感器的能见度数据,系统性地分析了该机场低能见度天气的时间分布特征,研究了不同方法测量能见度值与主导能见度间的关系,建立了仪器测量与人工目视观测能见度的数量关系。结果表明天津机场3 000 m以下的主导能见度在07时最低,14时最高。一年中,主导能见度呈双峰分布,其峰值分别位于5月和7月,且仪器测量与人工目视观测能见度有良好的对应关系。Based on the prevailing visibility data of Tianjin Binhai International Airport during 2019 to 2023,combined with 10-minute averaged meteorological optical range( MOR), runway visual range( RVR), runway visibility, and visibility data from weather phenomenon sensors, this paper systematically analyzes the temporal distribution characteristics of low visibility weather at the airport, investigates the relationship between visibility values measured by different methods and the prevailing visibility, and establishes the quantitative relationship between the visibility measured by the instrument and the visual observation. The results show that the prevailing visibility below 3 000 meters at Tianjin Airport is the lowest at 07: 00 and the highest at 14: 00. Prevailing visibility has a bimodal distribution throughout the year, with peaks in May and July, and there is a good correspondence between the instrument and the visual observation.
