摘　　要：航空公司的运行和管理离不开导航数据库、性能数据库及飞行航行数据处理系统的支撑。长期以来,我国民用航空全球飞行航行数据系统被欧美企业垄断。本文基于国内飞行航行数据产业发展现状,提出全球飞行航行数据国产化需要聚焦于自研全球数字化航图、全球航行数据处理能力、全球航行数据适航审定标准等3个方面,并运用SWOT和PEST等分析方法提出相应的措施建议,为我国全球飞行航行数据国产化发展提供借鉴。The operation and management of airlines are inseparable from the support of navigation databases,performance databases and flight navigation data processing systems. The global flight navigation data systems of China's civil aviation transportation are monopolized by European and American enterprises. Based on the current status of domestic flight navigation data industry development, this paper proposes that the localization of global flight navigation data focus on three aspects: independently developed global digital charts, global navigation data processing capabilities, and global navigation data airworthiness certification standards, and by employing analysis methods such as SWOT and PEST, it proposes corresponding measures. It is aimed to provide reference for the development of domestic flight navigation data.
