摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断进步,航空公司和销售代理商的线上销售体系日臻成熟,与此同时,旅客对于自助服务的需求也与日俱增。本文紧密结合航空公司和销售代理商的业务需求,通过精心构建灵活的系统架构,采用创新的数据存储方式以及先进的算法技术,成功实现了高性能的国内客票变更搜索系统。该系统重点用于支持旅客在客票改期、升舱等服务环节中的行程变更搜索以及结果展示等功能。其成功应用为国内航空业客票搜索服务的发展注入了全新的活力,提供了高效、便捷且精准的服务支持,具备重要的实践意义和广泛的推广价值。With the continuous advancement of Internet technology, the online sales systems of airlines and sales agents have become increasingly mature. At the same time, passengers' demands for self-service have also been growing. This paper closely combines the business needs of airlines and sales agents. Through carefully constructing a flexible system architecture, and adopting innovative data storage methods and advanced algorithm technologies, a high-performance domestic ticket change search system has been successfully implemented. This system is mainly used to support passengers' itinerary change search and result display in service links such as ticket rescheduling and cabin upgrading. Its successful application has injected new vitality into the development of ticket search services in domestic aviation industry, and provided efficient, easy and accurate service support. It has important practical significance and wide promotion value.
