摘　　要：古代文学作品是法制史研究的“富矿”。王熙凤捉奸,其中涉及诸多法律问题。最重要的有三项:其一是丈夫作为一个自由人的通奸问题,其二是丈夫作为家长和奴仆、雇工之妻的通奸问题,其三就是王熙凤所谓的“借尸诈”问题。上述三点,当时的法律都有规定,本文依据当时法律对上述三方面进行了分析。Ancient literature is a"rich mine"for the study of legal history.Wang Xifeng's catching adultery of Jia Lian involves many legal issues,of which three issues are most important.The first one is Jia Lian's adultery as a free man;the second is that the adultery occurred between Master Jia Lian and a servant,the wife of a hired help;the third is that Wang Xifeng's so-called"blackmailing with a dead body"issue.The above three points were all stipulated by the laws at that time,and this paper analyzes them ac-cording to the laws at that time.
