高耐蒸煮性双组分涂料用丙烯酸乳胶的制备与性能研究

摘  要:本文采用预乳化种子乳液聚合法制备了一种高羟基含量丙烯酸酯乳胶,并系统性研究了不同羟基单体及用量的选择,-NCO(异氰酸酯基)与-OH(羟基)的比例、聚醚附着力促进剂(YR-965)的适配对乳胶合成及涂膜耐蒸煮性能的影响。当HEMA(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)用量为30 wt.%,-NCO与-OH的比例为1.5∶1,YR-965用量为5 wt.%时,所制得的水性双组分丙烯酸酯乳胶涂料的硬度、附着力和优异的耐蒸煮性能最优。In this paper,a high hydroxyl content acrylic latex was prepared by pre-emulsified seed emulsion polymerization method,and the selection of different hydroxyl monomers and dosages,the ratio of-NCO(isocyanate group)and-OH(hydroxyl),and the effect of the adhesion promoter on latex synthesis and the resistance of film were systematically studied.When the amount of HEMA is 30 wt.%,the ratio of-NCO to-OH is 1.5∶1,and the amount of YR-965 is 5 wt.%,the resulting waterborne two-component acrylate emulsion coating exhibits optimal properties such as hardness,adhesion,and excellent resistance to steaming.
