摘　　要：大学生宿舍是学生进行学习、生活和交流的重要场所,是高校开展思想政治教育的主要“阵地”之一。本文通过分析理工科大学生宿舍管理与思政教育工作的特点,探讨了宿舍管理在高校思政教育中的重要作用,提出了一套有效整合二者的新方法,以期促进学生全面发展。University dormitories serve as crucial places for students to engage in learning,daily life,and communication,providing one of the primary“battlegrounds”for the implementation of ideological and political education.This article analyzes the characteristics of dormitory management and ideological and political education work for the undergraduates in science and engineering majors,discusses the central role of dormitory management in the ideological and political education of universities,and offers a new set of effective methods for integrating them to promote the comprehensive development of students.
