摘　　要：环保设备自动化监控通常采用PLC、HMI或其他组态监控接口装置,如西门子、三菱、台达等厂家的PLC以及昆仑通态的触摸屏HMI接口。以典型的环保设备案例为研究对象,分别采用西门子SMARTPLC、台达DVPPLC以及昆仑通态的TPC设计与开发了相应的设备运营环境智慧管理手机APP监控系统。在设计过程中,基于EMCP云技术在环保设备智慧化远程运营与管理APP监控接口上进行了许多实质性的优化探索与设计。The automation monitoring of environmental protection equipment usually adopts PLC,HMI or other configuration monitoring interface devices,such as PLC from Siemens,Mitsubishi,Delta and other manufacturers,as well as touch screen HMI interfaces from Kunlun Tongshi.This paper takes typical environmental protection equipment cases as the research object,and designs and develops corresponding device operation environment intelligent management mobile APP monitoring systems using Siemens SMARTPLC,Delta DVPPLC,and Kunlun Tongtai TPC.In the design process,based on EMCP cloud technology,many substantial optimization explorations and designs were carried out on the monitoring interface of the intelligent remote operation and management APP for environmental protection equipment.
